So here are some character concepts for my film idea. I know you may not know the story yet, but to be honest, I'm not 100% on the story yet either. Doing concept work is helping me hone it down though (I'm working somewhat backwards, but always keeping in mind the power of story). The designs still need work, but I like the direction they're going. I'd actually like any crits (in terms of design or "animatability") if you guys have time.

Character Concepts
So here are some character concepts for my film idea. I know you may not know the story yet, but to be honest, I'm not 100% on the story yet either. Hey, I don't really want to change the direction of your film or anything, but I think you should make the little girl a hot 20-something lifeguard, and her dad should be half-robot and be from the Ming dynasty, only the Ming dynasty of the future in America.
Now there's a full length feature I'd sit down and watch without falling asleep. Oh, you're doing a short film? Then you'll probably want to stick with what you've got.
I'm loving all of this man. You have some pretty cool ideas! Also, you are a cardboard construction beast.
